This Policy explains what information may be processed when using mustarnet.ru and the MuStarnet game server, why it is needed and how it is protected.
1. Information we may process
- game-account information such as login, email address and technical identifiers;
- IP address, session, browser and website activity information;
- device/game-client identifiers, including HWID where used for security and multi-account controls;
- game logs such as logins, character activity, violations and technical events;
- payment metadata such as order number, amount, currency, status, transaction identifier and selected payment method.
MuStarnet does not request or store full bank-card numbers, expiry dates or CVV/CVC codes. Such data is processed by the payment provider.
2. How information is used
- registration, authentication and account recovery;
- operation of the game server and preservation of progress;
- fraud, abuse, hacking and restriction-bypass prevention;
- payment processing, delivery of digital services and payment-dispute investigation;
- user support and technical troubleshooting.
3. Cookies and technical data
The website may use necessary cookies and session data for authentication, language selection, form protection and user preferences. Disabling required cookies may prevent some functions from working.
4. Third parties
Information may be shared with services necessary to operate the project, such as hosting, payment providers, security services and technical contractors, only to the extent required. MuStarnet does not sell user databases to advertisers.
5. Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as needed to operate accounts, maintain security, resolve payment disputes and meet mandatory requirements. Organizational and technical safeguards are used.
6. User requests
Requests concerning access, correction or deletion can be submitted through the Contacts page. To protect an account, the administration may request proof of account ownership.
