You need two separate accounts: MuStarnet for your character and order, and FunPay for payment. This guide covers the complete process; there is no need to wait for a personal link from an administrator.

Register on MuStarnet · Register on FunPay

1. Register on MuStarnet and log in. Create a character in the game first, then select that exact character in the shop.
2. Register on FunPay if you do not have an account. Activate your email if requested. Sign in to your own FunPay account and keep access to it: your order will be there.
3. Choose items, options, quantities and the character on MuStarnet. Select FunPay and a payment method, then click the payment button once. This creates a request and opens your lot; it does not charge you yet. Wait for the automatic redirect and do not submit another request.
4. On FunPay, check every item and the character. “1 pc.” may mean one bundle containing all listed items. Click “Purchase” to open checkout; this is not a second payment for your cart. FunPay shows the final amount and available methods.
5. Enter payer information if requested, then complete payment on the payment page. Enter card details only in the payment provider form. If payment stalls or has already succeeded, check the existing order before trying again.
6. After payment, keep the FunPay page open. Fully log out of the game account for delivery and make enough inventory space. “Offline” means leaving the game account, not closing FunPay or minimizing the client. Wait for the delivery notice; !2 in FunPay chat checks status and !1 retries safe delivery.
7. After the delivery notice, log in to the game and check every item. Return to the same FunPay order, scroll down and click the blue “Confirm order fulfilment” button. You do not need to log out again for this button. If anything is missing, write in the order chat and do not confirm receipt.
