These Terms govern the use of mustarnet.ru, the MuStarnet game server and related digital services. By creating an account or continuing to use the project, the user accepts these Terms.

1. About the project

MuStarnet is an independent online game project inspired by classic MU Online 97d/99i. It is not an official Webzen Inc. server, is not affiliated with Webzen Inc., and does not claim official endorsement by the rights holder.

2. Account and game rules

• Users are responsible for keeping their login, password and email access secure.
• Hacking, exploiting vulnerabilities, unauthorized automation and other unfair advantages are prohibited.
• Access may be restricted for rule violations, fraud, attempts to bypass restrictions or threats to project security.

3. Paid digital services

Payments on the website apply only to MuStarnet digital services, such as adding value to an internal account balance or another service clearly described before payment. The MU Online game client, software and intellectual-property rights are not sold through such payments.

The price, service amount and total charge are displayed before payment. Payment is optional and is not required to register or enter the game.

4. Delivery of paid services

After the payment provider confirms the transaction, the digital service is credited to the specified game account automatically. This normally takes a few minutes. If delayed, contact support and provide the account login, amount, date/time and payment identifier.

5. Payments and security

Card, fast-payment and other payment data are processed by the payment provider. MuStarnet does not request or store full card numbers, expiry dates or CVV/CVC codes. The project may receive transaction metadata such as amount, currency, order number, status and payment identifier.

6. Player-to-player transactions

Players may exchange in-game items through game mechanics. MuStarnet does not arrange, accept payment for, or guarantee real-money transactions between players. Official paid services are available only through MuStarnet payment pages.

7. Refunds

Refund rules are described in the Refund Policy. These Terms do not limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes and support

These Terms may be updated when project functionality, security rules or payment methods change. The current version is published here. Contact the administration through the Contacts page.
